According to Gilbert Amelio, former President and CEO of National Semiconductor Corp, a leader needs to be charismatic in order to get his message across, as it would be pointless. He quoted “If a leader can't get a message across clearly and motivate others to act on it, then having a message doesn't even matter,” People want a leader, not a dictator/boss. He needs to be able to choose a proper choice of words and use proper language that allows people to understand and carry out his visions.
